Role : Construction Buyer

Location: L/Derry

Hours: Full Time, Monday – Thursday 9am – 5.30pm and Friday 9am – 5pm

Pay: Negotiable

We’re looking for a Construction Buyer to join a construction, property development and investment business in the North West on a full time, permanent basis.

The Role:

You’ll be responsible for sourcing, negotiating and buying material for all live projects. You’ll manage the delivery of materials, look for cost saving and process improvement opportunities, manage supplier relationships and prepare reports to deliver to directors on procurement function.

The Requirements:

• 2 – 3 years procurement experience in the construction sector.


• Ability to negotiate high-value contracts.


• Demonstrable experience of introducing cost saving initiatives.
