Complex Care Assistant - Nights

We're recruiting experienced dedicated and compassionate Care Workers to join our Nurse-led team to provide care to a gentleman with a brain injury who lives in a village close to Whitchurch. You will support him with personal care, tracheostomy care, peg feed, bowel management. Our client loves music therapy, dogs and Liverpool FC!



We have 3 x 12 hour night shifts available per week.



Whilst it is essential you have some experience of providing care to those with complex needs, we do provide a comprehensive clinical training and induction programme for the specific skills required, which is overseen by professional nurses, to ensure you have the skills and confidence to succeed in your role working as a Care Worker in the nurse-led team. We are looking for someone who has excellent people skills, is a great communicator and can work effectively in a team as well as independently.

Key Requirements: 




  • Previous Care experience (brain Injury experience desirable)

  • You will be subject to a DBS/PVG check and references

  • The Right to Work in the UK
