We're recruiting experienced dedicated and compassionate Care Workers to join our nurse-led team at Cera to provide care to our clients in and around the Wakefield (WF3) area.
We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Complex Care Assistants to support a wonderful female who, while non-verbal, is highly responsive and thrives on meaningful social engagement. This role requires an outgoing personality and a genuine passion for connecting with clients through creative communication and active companionship.

Shifts include
- 3 shifts per week covering 12pm to 5pm
We provide a comprehensive clinical training and induction programme, overseen by professional nurses, to ensure you have the skills and confidence to succeed in your role working as a Care Worker in the Specialist Team. We are looking for people who have excellent people skills, are great communicators and can work effectively in a team as well as independently.
