We're recruiting experienced dedicated and compassionate Care Workers to join our nurse-led team at Cera to provide care to our clients in and around the Bradford (BD3) area.
Are you a compassionate caregiver with a sharp eye for clinical detail and a great sense of humor? We are looking for a dedicated individual to support a vibrant individual living with Tetraplegia. This role is perfect for someone who understands that the best conversations take time; our client is non-verbal and uses AAC head-switch technology to communicate. While building sentences can be a slow process, the payoff is a wonderful connection and a shared love for movies.
Shifts include
- 8 hour shifts from 7am to 7pm
- Alternate Weekends
We provide a comprehensive clinical training and induction programme, overseen by professional nurses, to ensure you have the skills and confidence to succeed in your role working as a Care Worker in the Specialist Team. We are looking for people who have excellent people skills, are great communicators and can work effectively in a team as well as independently.
