Are you an experienced Commercial Manager looking to take the next step in your career with one of the UK's most reputable Tier One main contractors? We have an exciting opportunity based in South London, managing a team of five on a portfolio of Planned Maintenance contracts.

The Role:

As Commercial Manager, you will oversee the commercial functions of several Planned Maintenance contracts, ensuring cost control, contract compliance, and project profitability. You will lead a team of five professionals, promoting a collaborative and efficient working environment while supporting their development.

Key Responsibilities:

  Managing all commercial aspects of Planned Maintenance contracts

  
  


• 
  

  Leading, mentoring, and developing a commercial team of five

  
  


• 
  

  Producing accurate financial reports and forecasts

  
  


• 
  

  Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations

  
  


• 
  

  Managing subcontractor accounts and overseeing procurement

  
  


• 
  

  Working closely with operational teams to deliver value for money

  
  

Requirements:

• 
  

  Proven experience in a Commercial Manager role, ideally with a main contractor

  
  


• 
  

  Strong knowledge of Planned Maintenance or social housing refurbishment contracts

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent leadership and communication skills

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to manage budgets and deliver financial targets

  
  


• 
  

  Degree qualified (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
