A well-established law firm is looking for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of PQE in general litigation.

As a Commercial Litigation Solicitor, you will manage a broad range of litigation matters, focusing on commercial disputes, landlord and tenant issues, construction disagreements, and contested probate cases.

You will be responsible for:

Handling a diverse caseload involving commercial litigation, tenant and landlord disputes, construction issues, and contested probate cases.
Offering expert legal advice, guiding clients through their options and potential outcomes.
Drafting legal documents such as pleadings, witness statements, and briefs.
Representing clients in court, mediation, and arbitration settings.
Conducting detailed legal research to support case strategy and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.

What we are looking for:

Must be a qualified solicitor.
At least 3-5 years of PQE in general litigation.
Background in commercial litigation, particularly related to tenant and landlord matters, construction disputes, and contested probate.
Strong advocacy and negotiation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
