Role: Commercial Lead / Quantity Surveyor

Location: Belfast

Hours: Full Time (8am-5pm, early finish Friday)

Pay: £££

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Lead and Quantity Surveyor to join one of our longstanding clients, working within Major Projects, Facilities Management & Specialist Projects divisions.

Benefits: Monday to Thursday 8am to 5pm, Early Friday Finish, Healthcare, Pension, 1 Day WFH, 30 Days Holiday, Uniform.

The Role: General Quantity Surveying and Estimating Duties in Build / M&E.

The Requirements:

• 5+ years post qualification experience working as a Quantity Surveyor.


• Experience from a Construction or M&E background.


• Be able to negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers.


• NEC Contracts, Cost Reporting and Financial Statements.


• Excellent time management and organisational skills.


• Full drivers’ licence and proficient on MS Office.
