Commercial Administrator (Part-time)
We are working with a specialist engineering business based in Mallusk to recruit for their new Commercial Administrator.
Working up to three days a week, reporting into and supporting management you will work closely with the General Manager across;
- Supporting the team across a wide range of finance, administration and sales support tasks
- Provide a supporting role to the entire team, working flexibly across the organisation to assist during busy periods
- Finance and facilities administration, working with the accounts function to support in administration, including basic invoicing, sending statements, entering purchase invoices and raising purchase orders
- Administration of orders and sales - working with team members to liaise with Suppliers and Customers
- Stock and service queries administration and helping the team with problem solving
- Assisting with IMS quality audits
What we are looking for:
- Commercial administration experience
- Confident communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident IT skills
