CNC Programmer

Are you a master of CNC programming, looking to take your skills to the next level in aerospace manufacturing? We’re seeking a talented engineer to join the team, supporting 3, 4, and 5 axis machining through offline CAM programming.

What you’ll do:

• Program aerospace components offline using CAM software.


• Develop machining strategies for aluminium, titanium, and other materials.


• Select efficient tooling packages and verify NC code with Vericut.


• Create process booklets, work instructions, and design fixtures.


• Collaborate with production and quality teams to optimize methods and reduce costs.


• Support sales and marketing with manufacturing concepts and quotations.


• Maintain accurate ERP data and liaise with tooling suppliers and external subcontractors.

You’re a fit if you have:

• A STEM qualification and experience with CAM software (Mastercam or similar).


• 5 years of experience with CNC programming


• Knowledge of CNC machining strategies and processes.


• Experience with hard metals and multiple NC languages (Siemens, Fanuc, Heidenhain) is a plus.
