CNC Programmer

CNC Programmer –

Join our precision engineering team, specialising in high-quality aerospace components. We’re looking for an experienced CNC Programmer with strong Hypermill CAM skills and experience working on HAAS and Heidenhain machines.

Key Responsibilities

• Program, edit, and optimise CNC operations using Hypermill


• Set up and operate 3- and 5-axis CNC machines


• Interpret complex aerospace drawings and 3D models


• Maintain tight tolerances and ensure quality to AS9100/ISO 9001 standards


• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve efficiency


• Conduct first-off inspections and maintain setup documentation

Requirements

• 3+ years’ CNC programming experience using Hypermill


• Proficiency with HAAS and Heidenhain controllers


• Strong understanding of GD&T and aerospace manufacturing standards


• Skilled in machining aluminium, stainless steel, and polymers


• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
