Job Title: Commercial Manager

Location: Northampton

Package: £70,000 - £80,000 plus car allowance

Overview

• Skilled Careers are working with a Regional Contractor who work within the Drylining, Fire Stopping and Residential sectors, and they are a company that prides themselves on keeping a family feel within the business.


• This is a Contractor who due to an incredible amount of new work they are looking for a Commercial Manager to join the team and help the business grow.


• They have an ambitious growth plan and have already brought on huge clients!

Duties

• The Commercial Manager would be managing multiple people and Drylining, Fire Stopping and Residential Projects in the area.


• Procurement of supply chain and placing orders


• Assessing and processing supply chain payment


• Produce commercial reports both internally and external to the company.


• Ensure all contractual processes are completed on time.

Requirements

• The Commercial Manager must have Drylining, Fire protection or Residential experience


• Degree Qualified


• Sub-Contractor or Main Contractor experience


• Driver’s Licence
