Clinical Lead Nurse
Full-time (Up to 44 hours available)
£21.50 per hour // £49,192+ per annum

We are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Clinical Lead Nurse in Holywood. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and motivated nurse ready to take the next step into a leadership-focused role within a well-established care setting.
This position is ideal for a compassionate and clinically strong professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional standards of care to elderly and vulnerable residents. The successful candidate will demonstrate confident leadership, sound clinical judgement, and the ability to support and inspire a nursing team while ensuring residents receive safe, effective, and person-centred care.

The Role:
Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the nursing and care team
Act as a visible role model, promoting a culture of person-centred care
Maintain and oversee high standards of clinical governance and social care
Monitor, review, and update care plans, policies, and procedures
Support and deputise for the Nurse Manager as required
Supervise medication management and ensure regulatory compliance
Contribute to audits, risk assessments, and quality improvement initiatives
Support staff development through mentorship, supervision, and training
Assist in maintaining financial efficiency through effective resource management
What We’re Looking For:
Registered General Nurse (RGN), Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN), or Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD)
Active and valid NMC PIN
Minimum 1 year post-registration experience (leadership experience desirable)
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Commitment to high-quality, resident-focused care
