Client Manager responsibilities
- Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all accounting and taxation matters.
- Oversee daily operations and lead a team of junior staff, providing mentoring, task allocation, and performance feedback.
- Review and refine internal workflows to improve efficiency while ensuring the highest standard of service delivery.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on business growth initiatives and strategic planning for the firm.
As the successful candidate you will
- Be ACA or ACCA Qualified with significant experience within a UK public practice environment.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and developing junior team members.
- Possess excellent technical knowledge in accounts preparation, tax planning, and financial strategy.
- Have a proactive approach to client management and a desire to contribute to the firm's long-term growth.
