HGV C Class 2
Role Summary
HG are recruiting Class 2 Drivers to work with our client based in Rochdale.
This a temporary position with the consistency, commitment & benefits associated with “full time work” you can enjoy the flexibility of temporary work but the security of working for a blue chip employer.
We have rota patterns for committed drivers on a fixed ongoing working pattern. Overtime and extra shifts available.
Responsibilities
- 4 on, 3 off working patterns
- All shifts have some element of weekend working
- Class 2, direct deliveries to stores
- All day runs, no requirement for nights away
- Starts between 03:00 - 05:00 and 12:00 - 15:00
- Some handball work
Rates PAYE £14.16 up to £18.00 Umbrella Rates available

Requirements
HGV C Class 2
Minimum 12 months Driving Experience
Full HGV C licence with no more than six points for minor endorsements
Digital Tacho and Driver Qualification Cards
A good understanding of Drivers hours, regulations, and Working time directive
Excellent geographical knowledge
Customer focused attitude
