Civils Sales Manager

Civils Sales Manager, Ballymena, £50k, depending on experience 

We are working with a leading supplier of construction solutions into the agricultural, civil and associated sectors to recruit for their new Sales Manager who will drive sales within target markets.

Office based and leading a team you will;

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders


• Identify and develop new business opportunities


• Work closely with internal teams and logistics to ensure customer satisfaction


• Provide precise cost estimates


• Lead the bid and tendering process to secure new projects


• Work closely with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure clarity and efficiency in the estimating and bidding processes

What we are looking for…

• 3 + years experience in a similar Sales Lead / Manager role within the construction, civil engineering or similar industry


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Sound level of IT literacy
