Working for a well-established company within the building material trade you will develop and strategise the company's sales agenda to maximise profits and hit targets.

·         Drive sales and maintain client relations

·         Identify trends and lead bid and tender processes

·         Develop and support the sales team

We are looking for someone with:

·         A Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or equivalent

·         Experience leading sales teams

·         Negotiation and communication skills
