£50,000 - £55,000 per annum

Glebe House is a local charity that has been supporting adults and children with learning disabilities and autism for over 40 years. We are seeking a new Chief Executive to lead the charity into the future.
We are searching for an ambitious and empathic candidate, to provide leadership, strategic direction, and a range of management skills to deliver high quality services within the cost constraints of a charity.
The ideal candidate
- Will have experience in a senior management role, ideally in the charity or learning disability sector.
- You will have the ability to lead a group of passionate and skilled staff across a range of services and venues in Charnwood.
- You will have the ability to influence external change and to earn and maintain the trust of all staff and stakeholders especially funding bodies and key partner organisations.
- You will also come with extensive experience of financial management and budgetary control.
- Have a proven ability to generate income through fundraising and commissioning activities.
