We at Skilled Careers are looking for an experienced Carpenter to join one of our clients covering the Birmingham region. You will be required to carry out 1st and 2nd fixes in social housing properties.

Job Title: Carpenter
Location: Birmingham
Rate: £19.29 per hour, 2 month contract

- Company van supplied
- Fuel card supplied
Responsibilities of the Carpenter:
- Carry out 1st & 2nd fixes in social housing properties
- Provide support to the kitchen & bathrooms contracts
- Complete work in both occupied and void properties, and be able to work unsupervised
Requirements for Carpenter role:
- Carpentry & Joinery Apprenticeship, City & Guilds in Carpentry & Joinery, NVQ Level 2 or 3 Wood Occupations, DBS, Asbestos Awareness UKATA or IATP
- Social Housing Experience
- Full UK Driving License
