Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personal care and assistance to clients.
- Help with daily activities like bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families.
- Support clients in social activities and external outings.
- Accurately complete daily care logs and update client records.
- Collaborate effectively with the care team and healthcare professionals.
- Participate in regular training and supervision sessions.
- Uphold confidentiality and respect the privacy and dignity of clients.
