This is an excellent opportunity for a Civil Engineering CAD Technician to join a growing consultancy working heavily within the rail sector. The successful candidate will support engineers by producing high-quality drawings primarily using AutoCAD, with some MicroStation work, across a variety of rail and civil engineering schemes.

Job Description

  Producing AutoCAD drawings for civil engineering and rail infrastructure projects across Croydon and surrounding areas

  Supporting engineers as a Civil Engineering CAD Technician by preparing technical layouts, plans, and detailed design drawings

  
  


• 
  

  Updating and modifying AutoCAD and MicroStation drawings for rail and civil engineering schemes in the Croydon office

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinating with engineers and project teams to deliver accurate Civil Engineering CAD Technician drawing packages

  
  


• 
  

  Maintaining drawing registers, revisions, and documentation for projects delivered from the Croydon office

  
  

Skills / Qualifications

• 
  

  Civil Engineering CAD Technician with strong AutoCAD capability within a civil engineering environment

  Rail sector experience preferred for this Croydon-based CAD Technician role, or strong interest in developing within the rail industry
