Due to increase in work my client who is a leader in their industry, are now seeking for a Buyer to join their successful team on a full-time basis in Magherafelt.

About you…

• +2 years experience of buying/procurement within the Construction industry

Duties

• Procure prices for all materials


• Assist project procuring and sourcing subcontractors for the packages.


• Identify potential suppliers and new products.


• Contact a range of suppliers and sub-contractors to obtain quotations.


• Provide daily order trackers.


• Authorise invoices.


• Obtain quotes and negotiate prices with suppliers.


• Ensure the client specifications are met.


• Raise orders


• Qualify drawings and spec.


• Create call off schedules.


• Deal effectively with challenges with suppliers and the flow of materials.


• Other ad hoc duties
