Business Support Administrator

New Role 



Our client is currently looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Business Administrator to join their team. This role involves managing administrative tasks, supporting daily operations, and ensuring efficient office functions.



The role is offered on a 12-month fixed-term basis, with scope for longer-term opportunities following successful performance.



Responsibilities:




  • Assist with invoicing using auto-entry and sage accounts.

  • Processing purchase orders and reconciling purchase orders to invoices in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Dealing with any queries regarding creditors ledger and providing answers in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Support the preparation of month end accounts and all duties required.



Education & Experience 




  • Proven office experience with strong organisational skills.

  • Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office.

  • Experience with Sage Accounts 50 is essential.

  • Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
