Exciting opportunity to join a leading contractor as their new Business Development Management and playing a key role in driving revenue growth within target markets and sectors.

Reporting to director level your duties will include;

• Identifying and pursuing business opportunities within key markets & sectors


• Building and maintaining customer relationships


• Generate leads through networking, industry events, referrals, and market research


• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, capability statements, and proposals


• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients, consultants, architects, designers, and contractors


• Act as the primary contact during pre-contract stages


• Tendering & Proposal Management


• Market & Competitor Analysis

What we are looking for…

• Considerable business development experience gained within the construction, fit out or bespoke joinery sectors


• Demonstrable success within the commercial fit-out, luxury residential, or specialist joinery projects


• Knowledge of construction contracts, tendering processes, and project lifecycle


• Excellent negotiation and closing skills
