Business Development Manager (AV, Lighting & associated equipment)

Hybrid Belfast covering NI & Ireland

£up to 35k base plus commission

We are working with a leading supplier of solutions to the entertainment, event and media markets to recruit for their new BD Manager, hybrid Belfast base and selling across the island of Ireland.

In the role you will identify and pursue new business opportunities with promoters, venues, corporate clients and artists throughout Ireland and manage these relationships for growth

• Deliver projects from start to finish


• Report regularly on sales performance and pipeline

What we are looking for…

• Sales experience gained within a similar environment i.e. events, AV, concerts, etc and come with a related network


• Tenacity and resilience to succeed in sales


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• An interest in, and aptitude to learn the technical aspects
