Business Development Executive

Role: Business Development Manager (Construction/Fitout)

Location: Belfast 

Hours: Full time permanent, 37.5 hours per week

Pay: £40,000-£60,000 DOE

We are delighted to be representing a well-established luxury fit-out company based in Belfast, who are looking to appoint a Business Development Manager to support the continued growth and expansion of their client base.

The Role:

You will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and securing new opportunities, while developing and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients

Criteria: 

• 3-5+ years’ experience in a senior sales role within construction, interior fit-out or bespoke joinery environments is essential


• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, tendering process and project lifecycle.


• Established network within the construction, design and property industry is advantageous
