The role:

Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm
Total working hours: 40
What you will do in your working day:
As there will be a great deal of client contact, both in the office and particularly on the phone.
Assistance will be given with prioritising work, but one of the key qualities of the job is to demonstrate initiative.

Qualifications required:
GCSE or equivalent English (Grade A* - C 9/4) - Essential
GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade A* - C 9/4) - Essential
Personal Skills required:
The suitable person should be literate and comfortable with numbers, although there will not be any complicated calculations, etc. He/she should be well organised and reliable. The candidate will have good typing skills, with excellent spelling and grammar. The candidate should have good experience with the use of computers, and software including MS Word, Excel, etc.
Personal Qualities:
The ideal candidate will be smart and presentable, have an excellent telephone manner.
Given the high profile that we enjoy, it is vital that the candidate has a lively personality and good inter-personal skills to maintain our good reputation.
A keen willingness to learn is essential.
