An experienced Bookkeeper is needed to join a leading property restoration specialist company based in Park Royal, London. This role is part time (3 days a week) and office based.
Over the last decade our client has grown significantly and continues to expand their portfolio of works requiring a dedicated team and resource to enable the company to deliver the best possible service to all clients. They undertake works to restore some of the most important and historic buildings in London such as the ‘National Gallery’ and the ‘Bank of England’.
Reporting to the Managing Director you will ensure the smooth functioning of accounts, payroll, and office services within budgetary constraints. Responsibilities include managing accounts payable and receivable, overseeing payroll and budgets, and maintaining relationships with service partners. The role entails supporting the Managing Director, attending weekly management meetings, and handling general office administration tasks.
To qualify, you should be an experienced Bookkeeper/ Office Finance Manager / Payroll and Administrative Co-Ordinator or similar who can demonstrate the following:
