Are you an experienced bookkeeper seeking an exciting new challenge? Black Fox Solutions are currently working with a leading car dealership in the Dungiven that are looking to bring an experienced bookkeeper join the team. Key Responsibilities

• Day-to-day inputting of invoices & upkeep of car stock records


• Preparation and submission of VAT returns


• Weekly payroll using Moneysoft Payroll Manager or similar


• Completion of financial and HMRC returns as required


• Weekly creditor reports


• Additional admin/finance duties as needed

What you'll need to succeed

• Proficient in QuickBooks


• Strong Excel skills


• Familiarity with Moneysoft Payroll Manager (Desirable)


• Ability to work independently as the sole finance administrator
