Audit Semi-Senior responsibilities
- Assisting with the planning and execution of audit assignments for a variety of sectors, ensuring Audit Semi-Senior jobs in Essex are completed to high standards.
- Performing substantive testing and analytical procedures across various balance sheet and profit and loss areas.
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients, acting as a key point of contact during on-site fieldwork in Leigh-on-Sea.
- Working closely with Seniors and Managers to ensure all queries are cleared and files are ready for final review.
As the successful candidate you will
- Have between 18-36 months of experience within a UK-based public practice accountancy firm.
- Be actively studying towards your ACA or ACCA qualification with a strong first-time pass record.
- Possess a solid understanding of UK GAAP and International Auditing Standards.
- Have a valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle to visit client sites across Essex.
