Audit Partner responsibilities will include:

• Provide strategic leadership across a portfolio of ambitious, high-growth, and regulated audit clients


• Shape audit strategy, quality, and delivery, with autonomy over how work is led and executed


• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building long-term, senior-level relationships


• Drive revenue growth and profitability within your portfolio


• Play a visible role in shaping the future direction of the Audit & Assurance service line


• Lead, mentor, and develop senior audit professionals and future leaders


• Ensure regulatory compliance, audit quality, and Responsible Individual (RI) oversight


• Collaborate closely with fellow Partners across the firm in a non-hierarchical, agile environment

As a Audit Partner you will be/have:

• ACA or ACCA Qualified


• Over 6 years’ post-qualified experience


• Experienced in managing a large portfolio of clients


• Demonstrate success in winning business or a willingness to do so
