Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and overseeing technical service operations 


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical enquiries and troubleshoot issues.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including service manuals and troubleshooting guides.


• Monitor technical service metrics and prepare reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
