Assistant Site Manager - Volume House Building

I have a great opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager with a Volume House Builder in Suffolk, who is looking for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join the team on a development of 40 units in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk.



Reporting to the established Site Manager the Contracts Manager and Construction Director have identified this site as a possible award winning site of the future.



Responsibilities:

• Managing health and safety


• Build strong relationships with the contractors on site to coordinate the individual trades to ensure they are meeting build targets.


• Working with customer care to ensure all customer journey plans are adhered to from start to finish.


• Working alongside NHBC to carry out plot inspections and key site


• Mentoring and developing all trainees and apprentices across the site.

Key Attributes:

• Experienced Assistant Site Manager with a minimum of 3 years in Volume House Building.


• Fully conversant in NHBC standards.


• SMSTS, First Aid, Scaffold Inspection.


• Site sizes from 100 - 150 units as a minimum.
