Assistant Site Manager

I have a great opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager with a Regional House Builder in Kent. As a business they build circa 100 units per annum across 6 sites.

Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced, driven, keen to progress Assistant Site Manager for a development of 110 units in Sittingbourne, Kent.



Reporting to the Senior Site Manager you will ideally be an all rounder, however if you can take units from roof trusses through to handover then they will consider your application.  

Responsibilities:

• Managing health and safety


• Build strong relationships with the contractors on site to coordinate the individual trades to ensure they are meeting build targets.


• Working with customer care to ensure all customer journey plans are adhered to from start to finish.


• Working alongside NHBC to carry out plot inspections and key site


• Mentoring and developing all trainees and apprentices across the site.

Key Attributes:

• Experienced Assistant Site Manager with a minimum of 3 years in Volume House Building.


• Fully conversant in NHBC standards.


• SMSTS, First Aid, Scaffold Inspection.


• Site sizes from 50 – 130 units

On offer is a basic salary of between £40,000 - £50,000 plus package.
