Are you a recent graduate or early-career professional with a passion for construction and cost management? We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a Tier 1 contractor
This is a fantastic opportunity to kick-start your career and gain hands-on experience across a variety of exciting projects. You’ll be working alongside experienced Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers, helping to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Assisting in the preparation of estimates, budgets, and tender submissions.
Supporting measurement and valuation of works on-site.
Helping with contract administration and monitoring variations.
Conducting regular site visits and liaising with contractors and consultants.
Maintaining accurate cost reports and project documentation.
Providing financial forecasting and progress updates to senior staff.
What We’re Looking For:
Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability.
Good communication skills and a team-player mindset.
Familiarity with QS software (e.g., CostX, Bluebeam) is an advantage.
Eagerness to learn and grow professionally.
