Black Fox Solutions are working alongside our client, based in Dunmurry, to recruit an Assistant Production Manager.



Reporting to the Production Manager, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day management of our production process across both shifts.

You will be responsible for planning and implementing production schedules, optimising resources, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.



What We Require:

• You will have experience in production management in a similar environment.


• You will have an understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures (especially Health & Safety).


• You will have strong leadership, supervision, and team-building skills.


• You will have excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
