Assistant Accountant

Assistant Accountant, Newry, Up to £35k

We are working with a successful environmental services firm business in Newry who are looking for their new Assistant Accountant!

Joining their team, you will support management across;

• Bank reconciliations


• Supporting Accounts Payable, including processing of payments


• Supporting Accounts Receivable and credit control


• Processing of sales invoices and expenses


• Valuation of monthly stock take


• VAT Returns, CIS, and RCT reports (UK and ROI)


• Assist in preparation of budgets and cashflow forecasting


• Assist with monthly management accounts and year end audit

What we are looking for;

• Experienced in a similar role


• Qualified Accounts Technician/Part Qualified Accountant


• Confident IT skills to include Excel


• Excellent time management and organisational abilities.
