Area Sales Manager, Mid Ulster 45 -55k + commission bonus
We have an excellent opportunity with a company looking for Area Sales Manager to join their team, covering the mid ulster area, to sell precision engineering products. This in an on the road job, involving technical B2B sales, and the ideal candidate will always be seeking new business opportunities and pursuing growth in a competitive market.
You will be -
· Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities across assigned territory with OEMs, and industrial clients across multiple sectors.
· Conduct technical sales presentations, product demonstrations, and solution-based selling.
· Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and consistently progress opportunities through the sales funnel.
· Work closely with engineering and production to tailor solutions to specific customer requirements.
· Mentor and work closely with other sales rep/s.
· Provide accurate forecasting and report sales activity, market trends, and competitor intelligence.
· Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer visits.
· Ensure all sales activities align with company goals, pricing strategy, and margin expectations.
We are looking for -
· 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in technical environment.
· Experience in managing long sales cycles and closing complex deals for a manufacturer.
· Willingness to travel regionally up to mainland UK regularly (possibly every two weeks).
· An engineering or manufacturing background would be desirable
