Architectural/CAD Technician
Salary: £30,000 - £39,000 per annum
Location: Stratford-upon-Avon (Fixed Location)
6 – 12-month Contract
Join our client’s dynamic team as an Architectural/CAD Technician, where you will play a pivotal role in producing high-quality presentation planning application drawings and construction detailing using AutoCAD and Revit. Working primarily on various smaller commercial and retail projects across the UK, you will have the opportunity to showcase your talent in a supportive and innovative environment.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
- At least 3 years AutoCAD experience
- Strong attention to detail and design accuracy
- Experience in producing planning application drawings
- Familiarity with construction detailing
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills for client and team collaboration
- A proactive approach to problem-solving

Key Responsibilities:
- Produce high-quality presentation planning drawings and detailed designs
- Collaborate with Architects and Project Managers to develop project requirements
- Ensure compliance with relevant building regulations and standards
- Review and amend designs based on client feedback
- Assist during site visits and inspections as required
