Basic Salary: £45,000
Engineers typically earn over £50,000+ with overtime and bonuses

Key Qualifications:
NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing or equivalent
Level 3 Award in the Installation & Maintenance of Heat Pump Systems (C&G, BPEC or LCL)
G3 Unvented Hot Water Cylinder Certification
Water Regulations Certificate
Full UK Driving Licence
Key Responsibilities:
Install, commission, and maintain Air Source Heat Pumps, hot water systems, and heating systems
Fault diagnosis and reactive maintenance of heating and plumbing systems
Supervise and support other team members on-site
Ensure compliance with Gas Safe, PAS 2030, and MCS standards
Deliver a high level of customer service, with clear communication and professional presentation
Complete job reports accurately using PDA/handheld systems
Participate in out-of-hours work and emergency call-out rota
Key Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
Experience in social housing or local authority contracts
Excellent knowledge of central heating systems and heat pump technology
Experience with unvented hot water systems, BMS controls, and varied pipework systems
Understanding of health & safety standards and safe working practices
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently
