Aftersales Manager (Engineering / Manufacturing), Newry, £45k + benefits

We are working with a successful NI manufacturer to appoint their new permanent Aftersales Manager to play a key role in leading all aftersales & customer support activities across the business.

Reporting to Operations Management and responsible for leading the aftersales & support team you will;

• Lead and develop aftersales support & service delivery, driving improvements throughout


• Create and monitor service level agreements with dealer & distribution providers


• Taking a lead role in managing customer service relationships


• Set and monitor team objectives & KPIs


• Lead and coach staff


• Reporting & associated administration

What we are looking for&

• Strong background in after sales / service or customer support lead role from a manufacturing, engineering or similar environment coupled with staff leadership abilities


• Excellent customer service & people leadership skills


• Experience in continuous improvement initiatives


• Strong commercial awareness
