We are proudly working with a well-established, family-owned business who are the leading provider of machinery within their industry selling into renowned manufacturers across the UK. The company are eager for a client-focused After Sales and Service Co-ordinator to join the team.

This role involves:

• Identifying and sourcing spare parts required for machines using product specification manuals


• Face of the brand providing advice with assistance from onsite engineers to potential and returning clients


• Maintaining inventory, pricing and lead times

The Ideal candidate

• Experience of working within a busy office environment, ideally in a customer service role.

Desirable Criteria

• AutoCAD, electrical drawing knowledge


• Knowledge of mechanical systems.
