We’re looking for a proactive Administrator to join our supportive and collaborative team.
From animal charities to organisations supporting cancer research, you’ll be helping purpose-led organisations attract the people they need to make a real difference.
Position: Administrator
Location: Olney / Hybrid (2 days working from home per week)
Salary: £27,000 pro rata
Hours: Full time (part-time hours over 5 days considered)

About the Role
You’ll play a key part in keeping recruitment processes running smoothly while delivering an excellent experience for both clients and candidates. As an Administrator, you’ll join a friendly and supportive team in a varied role where no two days are the same. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with systems, processes and people, and who takes pride in delivering accurate, organised and high-quality administrative support.

This is an important role within the business where you’ll gain exposure to wider operations, be trusted with responsibility and supported by approachable, collaborative leadership.
About You
We’re looking for someone organised, proactive and detail-focused who enjoys helping people and keeping processes running efficiently.
You’ll be someone who enjoys working in a structured, process-driven environment and can manage multiple priorities calmly and accurately. Confidence using systems, CRM’s and databases is essential, as is taking pride in delivering high standards of work. You will need to be able to communicate professionally and build strong working relationships in the sector.
