The Role:
As the Administrative Assistant, you’ll be the backbone of our daily office operations, supporting both the fire safety and electrical teams. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to management and field teams
Schedule and coordinate appointments, jobs, and inspections
Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries
Maintain and update job tracking systems and client databases
Prepare documentation, reports, and certificates as needed
Liaise with suppliers, clients, and subcontractors
Ensure compliance records and documentation are up-to-date
Requirements:
Proven experience in an admin role (trade or service industry experience a plus)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, scheduling software, etc.)
Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize
Positive attitude and a team-player mentality
