Black Fox Solutions are working with a successful and growing Accountancy practice based in Belfast who are seeking to appoint their new Accounts Technician to join them on a permanent basis.

Working within a small and supportive team you will be working with a range of clients across;

• Prepare sole trader, partnership, and small company accounts


• Process day-to-day bookkeeping


• Bank reconciliations and petty cash checks


• Manage accounts payable and receivable for clients


• Assist with VAT returns


• Communicate with clients regarding their accounts, records, or outstanding queries


• Maintain client files and documentation

What you'll need:

• 2+ Years experience working in a similar role


• Ideally with a relevant accounting qualification (AAT or equivalent)


• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel


• Has excellent communication skills and is comfortable liaising with clients
