Black Fox Solutions are currently working with a growing accountancy practice based in Banbridge that work with large businesses across Northern Ireland. If you are an experienced accounts professional who is looking to join an organisation where you can develop your professional skills in a supportive environment, this could be the role for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Inputting data into Purchase and Sales Ledgers


• Posting customer payments


• Performing bank reconciliations


• Matching purchase orders to invoices and coding appropriately


• Making journal adjustments


• Preparing quarterly VAT returns


• Assisting with Self Assessment tax returns


• Handling customer queries efficiently and professionally


• Providing general office support as needed

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in a similar Accounting Role


• Part Qualified or aiming to start the IATI Course


• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer use


• A confident and professional telephone manner


• Strong organisational skills, especially at busy times like month-end


• A friendly, team-oriented attitude and willingness to help out when needed
