An opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Assistant / Accounts Administrator to join a busy finance team within a reputable construction company. The successful candidate will support day-to-day finance operations and ensure accurate and timely processing of financial data in line with company procedures and industry standards.

The Role
Key Responsibilities include:
Processing purchase invoices and reconciling supplier statements
Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
Maintaining accurate financial records and supporting document control
Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors regarding payments and queries
General administrative duties to support the finance and commercial teams
Experience Required
Previous experience in a finance or accounts role, ideally within the construction industry
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Excellent communication and time management skills
Remuneration
£24,000 to £26,000 per annum
