£35,000 pa

Monday – Friday 08:30 – 17:30

You will be required to work 1 Saturday every 5 weeks 09:00 – 12:30 at an enhanced rate in addition to your salary.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing invoices and managing accounts payable and receivable,


• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation, including data entry into accounting software.


• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.


• Support month-end closing


• Bank account and credit card reconciliations.


• Communicating with Suppliers & customers regarding any queries


• Preparation of statutory reports (VAT, EC Sales, Intrastat)


• Undertake additional finance-related tasks as required by the department


• Stock control

What you'll need to succeed

• 2 years experience working in a similar finance role


• Proficient in Microsoft excel and a range of accounting software’s


• Excellent written and oral communication skills


• Must hold a valid driving license
