Are you an experienced Accounts Administrator who values work life balance? Do you want to join an organisation that provides a supportive environment for their employees? Black Fox Solutions are currently working with a Coleraine based tree surgery business that are looking for an Accounts Administrator to join the team for a maternity contract with the potential for a permanent role.



Key Responsibilities




  • Ensure timely and accurate payments to suppliers, maintaining up-to-date records.

  • Prepare and process invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies.

  • Assist with month-end closing procedures and reconciliations.

  • Generate financial reports as required for management review.

  • Maintain confidentiality of financial information and adhere to data protection regulations



What you'll need to succeed




  • 1+ years experience in a similar role

  • Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
