Accounting Technician - Lisburn- Practice.
A busy and well-established Lisburn-based accountancy practice is seeking a motivated Accounting Technician to join their growing team.
The Role
As a key member of the team, you will provide support across a range of accounting functions, working closely with senior accountants and clients to ensure accurate and timely financial management.
Key Responsibilities
Preparing and processing accounts for clients
Assisting with VAT returns and payroll
Bank reconciliations and ledger maintenance
Supporting month-end and year-end processes
General administration and client communication
About You
Qualified Accounting Technician (IATI) or equivalent
Previous experience in an accountancy practice preferred
Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Sage, Xero) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and a professional approach
Able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
