We are currently looking to recruit an Account Consultant (Maternity Cover 12 Months)

Annual Salary: up to £30k (dependent upon experience)
Working: Sunday - Thursday 09:00 - 18:00 –Hybrid working, based between our St. Albans (Head Office), and Home working.
Your New Role
We are currently seeking a Account Consultant to join our busy Logistics Recruitment and Planning team.
As Account Consultant you will work closely with the other consultants and planners to support the team by taking responsibility for managing the logistics and other administrative tasks associated to the clients that are assigned to you.
The Role
- Client relationship management - gaining strong understanding of the client recruitment needs through continued relationship building.
- Resourcing - attracting, screening, Interviewing, and introducing candidates to clients.
- Planning - fulfilment of daily requirements
- Working towards weekly/monthly KPIs and revenue targets.
- Supply relevant information to payroll department, relevant branch, and clients for new candidates.
- Place candidates with relevant experience for assessment/inductions in a timely manner
- Complete applicable administration with regards to processing candidates
- Maintain databases and internal systems.
- Maintain auditable compliance from the initial registration and repeated requirements.
The Package
- up to £30k (negotiable dependent upon experience)

About You
- Recruitment experience is essential, ideally within the Driving/ industrial/warehouse/supply chain & logistics sector or similar.
- Proven track record of achievement against KPIs and revenue targets.
- Appreciation of the importance of excellent service delivery
- Ability to demonstrate strong understanding of client recruitment requirements and source candidates matching their needs.
- Full UK driving licence
- Customer service background
- Strong technical knowledge relevant to the logistics and transport sector
